Face Moisturiser for Dry Skin Matarrania
This face moisturiser brought by Matarrania is perfect for dry skin, as it deeply hydrates, nourishes and regenerates the skin. It leaves the skin elastic, soft and bright thanks to its olive oil, dog rose and shea butter. It is also plastic free, vegan and cruelty free, making it the perfect complement to your sustainable face routine.
INCI: shea butter, extra virgin olive oil, almond oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil, dog rose flower extract and palmarosa oil. Also contains linalool, geraniol and farnesol.
First make sure your skin is clean and apply a small amount, massaging gently onto your skin. As this product has no water in its composition, its texture is more similar to that of a balm, so it may seem a little hard to absorb, but if you let it sit for a little time, you will see how it penetrates, leaving the skin soft and moisturised. To keep the product in the best possible condition and prevent it from going off, close the jar after every use and keep it in a cool and dry place, as humidity can affect the product.
All Matarrania products are an alternative to body oils, creams, tonics and most beauty products from cosmetic brands that have no commitment to the planet. Brands that not only present their products in plastic packaging, generating unnecessary waste, but also carry out cruel tests on animals, contain chemicals that are toxic for the planet and often contain ingredients of animal origin. Therefore this face moisturiser for dry skin is a perfect alternative to the majority of face moisturisers on the market.
The product comes in a glass jar made of a 30% recycled glass and an aluminium lid, packed in a recycled cardboard box. All 100% recyclable.
Born in 2007, Matarrania is one of those projects that will captivate you. Created by Evelyn Celma, a woman interested in ancient skin care formulations, Matarrania was born with the aim of being as respectful with your skin as with the planet. That's why all the cosmetics they make contain only certified organic raw materials, sourced from local areas. In addition, all their products are vegan and cruelty free. The transparency of this brand, as well as its commitments to local sustainable development projects, make it one of the most sustainable Spanish brands in the market.
We suggest that you give the glass jar a second live once you have finished with its contents. However, if you want to get rid of it, please recycle both the glass and the aluminium lid in the green and yellow containers respectively. The cardboard box should go into the blue bin, as it could one day become a pack of recycled paper tissues, for example.
